Vltava Steamboat
The Vltava paddle steamer is together with the Vyšehrad one of the last two steamers plying the Vltava River. It was launched in 1940 in the Praga shipyard. Currently it is used mainly for sightseeing cruises in the historical centre of Prague but also for excursions to different places around the capital city.
In 1991 the Vltava steamboat was rebuilt into a restaurant steamboat, with the most recent modernisation taking place in 2009. Today on its opulent deck you will find a restaurant, café, wine bar, bar and partially covered viewing deck.
